The operator records the patient's information: full name, date of birth, contact phone number, city, hotel name, and room number where you are staying. The operator must specify the time frame for the doctor's arrival, what documents the patient should provide to the doctor (if the visit is agreed with the insurance company), or specify the cost of the visit (if the visit is private). The doctor provides a consultation to the patient (injections, dressings, express analyzes, etc.), leaves recommendations, and writes a prescription. In most cases, the patient's insurance company covers the payment (provided that the case is recognized as insured, and if the patient previously agrees to call our doctor with their insurance company). In other cases, the patient pays for the visit independently.

This area of activity includes:
A simple consultation (family medicine, paediatrics, traumatology, surgery, ENT, ophthalmologist, allergist, dermatologist) involves taking a medical history, an examination and physical examination data.
Injections (intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous). analgesics, npvs, adrenaline, atropine, antihistamines, hormones, bronchodilators, tetanus vaccination, etc.
Treatment, dressing of damaged skin surfaces (abrasions, burns, allergic rashes, etc.)
For cuts, lacerations: plaster skin stitches (for minor wounds) or standard stitches with local anaesthetic.
Laboratory rapid blood tests (sugar) and urine tests.
Removal of foreign bodies from the surface of the eye (with prior anaesthesia), from the ear canal (wax plugs, etc.), from skin surfaces (removal of sea urchin stings, insects).
Advice. Prescription indicating the nearest or on-duty pharmacy (drugs must be purchased by the patient).
In case of an emergency (active bleeding, cramps, loss of consciousness, comas and pre-coma - as a complication of diabetes mellitus, chest pain with shortness of breath, bronchospasm, especially in children, quincke's edema - swelling of the face and mucous membranes of the mouth) patients are sent by ambulance to the nearest referral hospital. But it is better not to waste time, but call 112 (public health service) urgently and inform your insurance company as soon as possible.
