The operator must specify in what time period the doctor will arrive, which documents the patient must present to the doctor (if the visit has been agreed with the insurance company), or indicate the cost of the visit (if the visit is private).

In most cases, the patient's insurance company pays for the visit (provided that the case is recognised as an insurance case and if the patient has previously agreed to call our doctor with his insurance company), otherwise the patient pays the cost of the visit himself.
