- The operator records the patient's data: full name, date of birth, contact phone number, city, hotel name, and room number - where you are staying.
- The operator must indicate when the doctor will arrive, which patient documents need to be provided to the doctor (if the visit is approved by the insurance company), or indicate the cost of the visit (if the visit is private).
- The doctor performs the consultation for the patient (injections, dressings, express tests, etc.), leaves recommendations and prescription.
- In most cases, the payment is covered by the patient's insurance company (provided that the case is recognized as insured and if the patient has previously agreed to call our doctor with their insurance company). In other cases, the patient pays for the visit independently.
